Telehealth Therapy Services
Support for anxiety, grief, life transitions, and finding your way back to yourself
Sometimes life changes gradually. Other times, everything shifts at once.
You may be navigating anxiety or panic, grieving a loss, adjusting to a new season of life, or realizing that you no longer feel quite like yourself. Perhaps you’ve spent years caring for others, meeting expectations, or simply getting through—and now you’re wondering what you need and who you are becoming.
Virtual therapy offers a comfortable and convenient space to slow down, understand what is happening beneath the surface, and begin moving toward greater steadiness and clarity.
A nervous-system-informed approach
Our work will go beyond simply talking through what happened. We will also pay attention to how stress, anxiety, grief, and past experiences are showing up in your body and nervous system.
Together, we may work on:
Anxiety and panic
Chronic stress and feeling constantly “on”
Depression, disconnection, or feeling stuck
Grief and loss
Identity shifts and life transitions
Rediscovering yourself after motherhood, caregiving, relationship changes, career changes, or other major transitions
Understanding your emotional patterns and triggers
Developing practical tools for regulation
Feeling more grounded, present, and connected to yourself
My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I draw from person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral approaches, mindfulness, and nervous-system regulation. You will have room to process your experiences while also learning concrete ways to respond differently to stress, emotions, and patterns that are no longer serving you.
You do not need to be in crisis to begin therapy. Sometimes you simply know that something needs to change—or that you are ready to understand yourself in a deeper way.

Equine Assisted Psychotherapy for Children.
Working with horses is a creative way for children to express their feelings, explore a new relationship, solve problems, gain self esteem and confidence, improve communication skills, process trauma, and so much more. Through relational activities with horses children will learn skills to handle difficult and intense feelings and make choices with their actions regarding themselves and others. Through their work with horses, your child will begin to have a greater understanding of his or her thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and relationships. Children will also learn how to apply the strategies they learn in therapy outside the therapy session.
Pricing: Standard 50 minute sessions. Sliding Scale $170 - $200. Extended sessions are available as needed.
Parent/Caregiver Consultation Sessions
Occasional sessions with caregivers can be a crucial part in providing support for your child. Children can learn about themselves and how to deal with the challenges in their lives in therapy, but it is their family that provides them with daily support to accomplish their goals. By meeting with parents or caregivers every 6 to 8 weeks, they will learn how to support the growth and change happening in their child and family.
Pricing: Standard 50 minute sessions. Sliding Scale $170 - $200. Extended sessions are available as needed.
Equine Assisted Therapy for Adults
Working with horses offers adults a creative, experiential way to deepen work you are able to do in a more traditional therapy setting. Through relational activities with horses, adults can explore emotions, patterns, boundaries, relationships, and the ways they respond to stress or uncertainty. Horses provide immediate, nonjudgmental feedback and opportunities to practice staying present, regulating the nervous system, building confidence, and making intentional choices in real time. In short, work with horse in therapy can help reveal and rewire your nervous system.
This work can help adults develop a greater understanding of their thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and relationships—and begin carrying that awareness and those new skills into everyday life.
Pricing: Standard 50 minute sessions. Sliding Scale $175 - $200. Extended sessions are available as needed.

Teen Therapy and Counseling Services
Teens are faced with a variety of challenges that often include navigating school life and peer relationships, improving communication skills with peers and adults, identifying their values, planning for the future, and exploring who they are and want to be as a person. More specifically, some teens deal with truancy, substance use, oppositional behavior, and processing trauma. In individual teen counseling sessions, I can work with your teen on various issues and assist them in strengthening their internal values and sense of self, processing past hurts and trauma, and developing coping skills. Much of this work will be done with the horses, but some of it can also be done inside the office.
Teens who struggle with low self-esteem, depression, stress and anxiety face challenges that can include worries about performance, embarrassment, feeling down, and wondering if they fit in. With the help of the horses, I can help your teen learn how to have a stronger sense of him or herself and face these difficult feelings and situations.
